结合加性加权平均 (AWM)算子和有序加权平均 (OWA)算子的特点 ,提出了一种集结决策信息的混合集结 (HA)算子 ,并提出了一种基于混合集结 (HA)算子的多属性决策方法 .理论分析和数值结果表明 :混合集结 (HA)算子同时推广了加性加权平均 (AWM )算子和有序加权平均(OWA)算子 ,它不仅能反映所给数据自身的重要性程度 ,而且还体现了数据所在位置的重要性程度 .因此 ,混合集结 (HA)算子在实际应用中能更好地反映现实情况 .最后进行了实例分析 .  相似文献

TDD-CDMA 系统中基于业务统计的联合功率控制算法

An important feature of the traffic in mobile networks is burstiness. Drawbacks of conventional power control algorithms for time division duplex （TDD）-code division multiple access （CDMA） systems are analyzed. A joint power control algorithm based on service factor is presented to address the TDD-CDMA mobile services in the burst mode according to the Markov modulated Bernoulli process. The joint power control equation is derived. A function model is developed to verify the new algorithm and evaluate its performance. Simulation results show that the new power control algorithm can estimate interference strength more precisely, speed up convergence of power control, and enhance power efficiency and system capacity. It is shown that the proposed algorithm is more robust against link gain changes, and outperforms the reference algorithms.  相似文献   

‘Playing with or like the girls’: advancing the performance of ‘multiple masculinities in Black boys’ childhood play’ in U.S. early childhood classrooms

Play is a gendered activity among young children, especially boys. Boys often tend to be more actively engaged in the (re)production of gendered play. However, most research studies and conceptual papers have misread, ignored, devalued, or scrutinized the gendered ways Black boys engage in play. This idea is particularly true for Black boys who may not play within the monolithic gendered expectations of childhood play. Drawing from [Connell, R. W. (1995). Masculinities. Berkeley: University of California Press] notion of multiple masculinities, I propose what I call the performance of ‘multiple masculinities of Black boys’ childhood play’ to embrace the ways some Black boys engage in play activities, which may not fit within the performance of hegemonic and Black masculine norms and expectations. In so doing, I call for educators to broaden how we view Black boys, and our definition of Black masculinity so that embracing what might be traditionally called ‘less masculine’ and/or stereotypically feminine could be valued male traits. Recommendations are provided for early childhood educators to support the confluence of ways Black boys engage in play experiences.  相似文献

《好儿童华文》是新加坡曾经流行的一套小学华文教材,当中有许多与标准汉语不太一样的表达方式。要解释这些变异项目为何存在,需要跳出本土汉语概念的框框,跳出本土社区汉语的范围,单一变异的角度已经不能适应越来越复杂的汉语国际化及华语当地化的现实。从多重认同的角度来看,这些具有本地特色的语言项目,既是新加坡华族实现族群和国家认同的重要标志,也是新加坡华社沟通和群体认同的凭借。在处于新加坡华文教学的几对矛盾中,教材的语言变异项目有必要在其中保持平衡,予以区别对待。  相似文献

In developing distributed systems, conformance testing is required to determine whether an implementation under test （IUT） conforms to its specification. With distributed test architectures involving multiple remote testers, testing approaches may become more complicated because of issues known as controllability and observability problems. Based on a finite state machine （FSM） representation of the system＇s specification, this paper proposes a new method to generate a test sequence utilizing multiple UIO sequences. The method is essentially guided by the way of minimizing the use of external coordination messages and input/output operations. Experiments are given to evaluate the proposed method.  相似文献
